DholpurOrganic Foods Pvt. Ltd. is an all-Indian pickle and condiment company with its manufacturing base located in the historic and strategically located town of Dholpur, in Rajasthan, on the banks of the Chambal river, bordering the two states ofUttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality of our products for customers nationwide and International Clients. Established in 2020, DholpurOrganic is catering to the food service industry, serving ourbusiness partners restauranteurs, supermarts, and delis, while guaranteeing products that are “always fresh and organically procured.” Initiated by a trio of directors; Mr Kunwar, based in Dholpur who looks after Procurement, Production and Packaging and Quality Control. Mr Vikas Kalra and Mr. Suranjan De,both are engaged in Sales and Marketing, General Administration and Customer Service. Combined experience of all the three Directors’ is close to 100 years in the corporate world in their relevant field of expertise and hailing from the food processing industry.

DholpurOrganic manufactures a wide range of Pickles and Murabba - from Classic Indian Fruit & Vegetable Pickles to popular Sweet Chutneys - Dry Ground Spices and Flakes. Company is shortly foraying into Vegetable pastes and Wet Ground Spices, value added Lentil Products, Fritters and Poppadum. Our new introduction in the pipeline is Cold Pressed Mustard and Groundnut Oils, sourced from pesticide and chemical fertiliser free gardens, orchards and farms. Our signature products are unparalleled, celebrated by our customers across the social fabric of our country. DholpurOrganics boasts traditional and ritualistic approach to producing our products, what our grandparents used to consume – fruits and vegetables healthy to eat, full of nutrition and free of impurities, chemicals, hormones and the other sins of modern farming, whichis extremely harmful for human consumption.

Why are we different?

All our raw materials – fruits, vegetables and spices are sourced from very small and marginal farmers directly –without any middlemen, straight from the gardens and farms in small quantities for complete freshness. These farmers do not use pesticides or fertilizers in their small fields - rather cannot afford to buy the same. They use cow-dung manure which is generated in-house by the farmer and use organic pesticides viz. ash from their fireplace, oil spray, soda-bi-carb and jaggery as effective pest control. Although the fruits and vegetables grown by such farmers is on an are on an Organic Farming Model, but DholpurOrganic does not claim the fruits and vegetables as pure organic products, as soil testing is currently unaffordable by these farmers. Rock salt and Desi Khand is used in all our end products instead of sea-salt and sugar- which is very unhealthy and a common precursor to hypertension and Diabetes. Pure cold pressed Mustard Oil and Groundnut Oil which is unfiltered – shall be directly sourced and prepared under our supervision. Procurement is direct from such farmers – on the inherent philosophy of our country to increase farmer income, sans middlemen.

We are strong believers in Women Empowerment, as our homes are run and managed efficiently by the ladies of our households, who are always multitasking and delivering the best constantly and continuously. Our entire production, starting just after procurement onwards is carried out by a team of local ladies/housewives from the surrounding area, who undertake 100% of the production process - post procurement. They work on a cooperative model, where they are empowered to carry out their duties as their own business thereby ensuring the best of quality and delivering the original recipe as is consumed in rural India. This ensures ownership of the team of workers,while the consumer is exposed to the finest - just like home-made product.

We work under the Train the Trainer (TTT) principle - the women workers benchmark the products - as good and as close as prepared at their homes and keep training the new entrants so that consistency of taste and quality is continued and maintained as a standard, leaving enough room for improvement in quality and taste. Our facility is FSSAI certified. Additionally, DholpurOrganics has a deep commitment to sustainability and ensure our practices are traditional in a modern world and our manufacturing environmentally friendly. Made with love and naturally baked under the sun without going through and any chemical processes. All pickles are sun baked and not cooked so that natural process is retained so that the heritage of the original recipe is retained. All spices are cleaned and hand ground so that authentic flavour is retained, as was served to us by our grand-mothers and elders.Each of such actions coupled with sourcing the freshest vegetables and the richest ingredients, creates a product like no other.
